Cancellation and Refund

At Learn German with Nitin, we strive to offer the best learning experience possible. We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide clarity on our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Course Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled for the next batch, subject to availability.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.

  • Partial Refund: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Such requests must be submitted with proper documentation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Batch Changes

If you are unable to attend a course and wish to move to a different batch, you can request a batch transfer at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 5 days before the original batch's start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.

4. Missed Classes

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for missed classes. However, we strive to provide recordings of classes wherever possible. Please contact us for any support related to missed sessions.
